I simply cant fault anything during my stay, the standard of care is 1st class + I have felt well looked after throughout. all nurses treated me superbly + are a credit to the nhs. shame I cant say that for higher management + government treated issues.

most of the nurses are patient & put you at your ease especially re personal hygeine. some staff are exceptionally good and some not (so misconsistent). staffing levels need to be improved.

I had exceptional nursing care by Sophie (? an auxiliary nurse) - She smiles! I heard a lot of chatter about pay etc by some staff, which I feel is unacceptable while care is being given. There was too much shouting by nurses across the ward. We may be elderly but we are not all deaf.
